Results: | Our consultants in both countries scouted the local markets for potential business partners and customers. In Poland, we presented the client’s product portfolio to 27 companies/entities and generated interest from, for example, the Air Force Institute of Technology, a unit subordinated to the MoD keen to learn more about our client’s offer and capabilities, as well as two other potential distributors. These companies were keen to meet potential business leads from Europe. Our role was to find relevant and qualified partners/customers from Central and Eastern Europe and to arrange at least two business meetings for each US company. |
Results: | Thanks to our many years of experience, we were able to quickly compile a longlist of relevant prospects in several CEE countries, present our US exhibitors' solutions to them, and establish their interest. Our primary goal is always to facilitate highly qualified and relevant meetings, not just meetings for the sake of it, and we stuck to this goal in this case as well. Ultimately, we significantly exceeded the required number of meetings, almost doubling them. In total, our business network managed to schedule 91 meetings with potential customers from different parts of Europe, marking a successful project completion. |
